Choosing a good hotel when you’re on a journey in Charlottesville isn’t often quick, simply because you will find so many options! Okay, you can go for something out of the same Charlottesville guide that everyone and their friend has consulted during the last 5 years, but that doesn’t suggest you will have a nice experience (the truth is, it’d nearly ensure a bad one!). As an alternative, it’s actually a good plan to do a dash of research, using your friend the Internet. Locals definitely be aware of the perfect hotels in their own city, just what the best rooms are, and the perfect days to hit up their chosen parts of the city. However, you can’t go up to anybody you happen across in the airport terminal in Charlottesville, asking for their help. This is a very nice hotel. It looks weird on the outside but everyone is friendly, it’s clean ….. What else can you ask for? It’s not the ritz but the cookies at high tea are sooooo good.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds. On the 9th floor they have concierge happy hour and from what I’ve heard breakfast in the morning as well. The bar is very nice with good drink and food options. Be sure to check out the daily food specials. They have a nice indoor pool with hot tub. The workout room is small but has enough to get a good workout in.

The cookie at check in is good too!

Stayed there for a couple of week nights during a conference. Excellent staff and accommodations. The staff was very helpful from the moment we walked into the lobby and the accommodations were better than expected. I would definitely stay there again!
